We look at what repeats, who handles it, your tools and where the work gets stuck. If a simpler fix is the better option, we say so.
From an initial conversation to a 45-day pilot and a measured decision about what comes next.
We look at what repeats, who handles it, your tools and where the work gets stuck. If a simpler fix is the better option, we say so.
We document the workflow, access, exclusions, approval rules and acceptance criteria. We record a baseline and confirm the pilot and continuation terms in writing.
We configure the system, review examples and introduce it with your process owner. Outgoing messages need approval. You give feedback; we monitor and correct the workflow.
We inspect quality, exceptions, usage and the time your team still spends reviewing. Continue, improve or stop. Add the next workflow only when the first earns its place.
A process owner, representative examples, access to the agreed tools and time to review. We set the schedule together once those inputs are ready.
A bounded workflow, documented rules, onboarding, monitoring and an honest review. A person to call when something needs attention.
Bring one recurring task, a rough weekly workload and the names of the tools involved. You do not need a technical brief. Discuss representative examples without sending confidential customer documents through the booking form.
We look for repeatable steps, usable information, clear exception rules and a person who can review the results. If the process is unclear or the workload is unknown, define or measure it first. AI implementation is not always the right next step.
We define these cases before launch. For example, an enquiry without a date or quantity needs clarification, not an invented answer. Agree who receives the exception, how they take over and how duplicate actions are prevented after a retry. Test those situations alongside normal examples during the pilot.
Compare a baseline with the pilot using the same type of work. Count accepted outputs, corrections, missed exceptions, review time and running costs. Faster draft generation alone is not evidence of a useful result.
