The team is busy. The work is moving. But somehow, every small decision still finds its way back to you.
Customer requests, supplier questions, the follow-up you meant to send yesterday.
Your team has the tools. You still have to move information between them.
By the time the admin is done, there’s little room left for the work you actually enjoy.
We begin with one clearly defined job. Your AI prepares the work, flags exceptions, and brings you the decisions that need a person.
Sort. Prepare. Flag.
Collect. Check. Prepare.
Meet the roles. Your pilot starts with one agreed workflow. Finance work and additional integrations are scoped separately.

Start with one useful admin workflow. Build toward a business that depends less on you for every detail. Each expansion follows a proven result and a clear business need.
Inbox triage, reply drafts, calendar support and a useful daily brief.
Document collection, handoffs and customer updates.
Content preparation, campaign coordination and review of what performs.
Enquiry handling, proposal preparation and pipeline follow-up.
Shared knowledge, useful reporting and preparation for better decisions.
Administration is our starting point. The later stages show the expansion path, with scope, integrations and readiness agreed separately. Choose the next step around your bottleneck; you do not need all five.
Explore the five stagesOur first focus is logistics and transport. The method fits any established business where repetitive coordination slows good people down.

I’m Marko Bizjak, founder of Marvix Digital. I build and run these systems in my own business before introducing them to yours. My job is to make them useful in your working day and stay accountable when something needs fixing.

Talk about your pilotDuring the pilot, outgoing messages require your approval. We agree permissions and exception rules before connecting a workflow. Sensitive decisions stay with your team.
We start with the tools you already use. We check your mailbox, calendar and any proposed integration during the fit call. Custom ERP and accounting integrations are scoped separately.
No. Logistics is our initial focus because repeated email, documents and coordination are central to the work. The first conversation checks the process and its value, whatever your sector.
The pilot ends on day 45. We review the agreed criteria and actual usage together, and then you decide whether to continue. Continuing is a separate decision: the subscription is €490/month, starting with the first 3 months prepaid (€1,470, excluding VAT). All terms are confirmed in writing before you start.
No honest estimate can skip your actual workflow. We record a baseline, include time spent reviewing the AI’s work, and compare it with the pilot. Your measured results guide the next decision.
Let’s find the first piece of work your business can stop putting on you.
