Mistake 1: The "Address Book" Form

Redirect to a "Thank You" Page: Don't just show a tiny "Message Sent" text. Redirect them to a page that says: "Success! We received your request. Expect a call from [Name] at [Number] shortly." This confirms the action and sets expectations.
Mistake 4: Burying the Phone Number
Some people hate forms. They just want to talk. Your phone number should be huge, clickable, and at the top of the contact page, not just the bottom footer.
Live Chat vs. Chatbots
Should you add a chat widget? Only if you can answer it instantly. A "Live Chat" that says "We are offline, leave a message" is just another form. If you can't staff it, remove it. Speed is everything.
